Frequently Asked Questions

We have sorted out the most common questions we get to answer daily:

How do I get started?

You can sign up right now. Within moments you will receive a call from one of our credit recovery professionals and get your personalized package information. Once we obtain your credit records we will complete our analysis and start the negotiation process.

How long do I stay on board?

It varies depending on individual credit records, but on average we see excellent results within 4-6 months.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Absolutely. We stand behind our 90-day guarantee. If we do not meet your expectations we will refund your money in full.

How many items do you dispute at a time?

We dispute up to 15 items every 35 days. Five items for each Bureau (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union)

When should I expect to see results?

Our process is extremely efficient and we begin immediately and keep up a consistent pace throughout your membership. If you sign up today we should have your first round of dispute letters out within a week. And since the credit bureaus have thirty days to process disputes, you should see initial results in about a month.

How can I check what progress has been made?

You will be provided with online access to our customer portal where you can track your progress.

What items can be removed from my credit?

The following items can be removed from your credit: Late Payments, Charge Offs, Judgements, Liens, Collections, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Repossessions, Inaccurate Personal information and Inquiries.

How can bad credit be legally repaired?

Because you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your credit report is accurate, laws were enacted — specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — to assist you. The FCRA gives you the right to contact the credit bureaus directly to dispute items on your credit reports. You can dispute any and all items that are inaccurate, untimely, misleading, biased, incomplete or unverifiable. Any item that cannot be verified on your credit report must be deleted. Goodwill Creditor Interventions may also be used to address an item on your credit report directly with your creditor. Also, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) of 2003 may be utilized primarily in situations where identity theft is concerned.

How will I know if my credit is improving?

That is simple. You will be able to track your progress through your credit specialist and their team as well as your online customer portal. You will be provided with progress and credit reports that will detail the information that has been updated, changed or removed. Normally if an item is changed and or updated you will see a positive improvement with that account. If a negative item is removed, then it should no longer have an adverse effect on your credit.

How does Credit Recovery Pro help me improve my credit?

We analyze your credit report and note all negative impacting items that may be damaging. We challenge the inaccurate, unverifiable and negative items and work to have them removed.
